Prepare your artwork and check cover compatibility

Your printed cover is produced from the artwork you supply. Before preparing the design, check the requirements for the selected print product, including file format, resolution and placement. This is particularly useful when artwork must continue across different sections of the roof or sidewalls. Our experts can help if you are unsure about the files or layout.

The frame and cover are separate components, so a compatible frame may be used with different printed covers for different campaigns or events. Every replacement cover must match the exact FleXtents® series, frame and size. Confirm compatibility before ordering a cover for a gazebo you already own.

Digital print can also give a gazebo a personal design for a wedding, anniversary or other celebration. After the event, a compatible frame can be used with another suitable cover.

Transport, storage and safe use

Check the individual product details to see whether a transport bag is included. Before storing a printed cover, make sure it is clean and completely dry. Keep it in a dry place and protect it from sharp objects.

Secure the gazebo every time it is assembled. Suitable pegs and straps may be used on grass or soil where conditions allow. On paving, asphalt or other hard surfaces, choose appropriate weights or ballast. Follow the instructions for your model and monitor the weather throughout the event. A pop-up gazebo is a temporary shelter and should be taken down when conditions become unsuitable.
